1. High Resistance To Thermal Degradation:
The high-temperature resistant resin/ceramic/metal formula ensures stable performance under intense friction, effectively resisting the decrease in friction caused by high temperature and ensuring reliable power transmission.
2. Excellent Wear Resistance and Durability:
High hardness reinforced fibers/metal wires/mineral fillers significantly reduce wear rates, extend service life, and adapt to frequent starting and shifting.
3. Smooth and Gentle Engagement:
Optimize material formula and cushioning design to effectively absorb impact, reduce shaking, and improve smooth and comfortable starting and shifting.
4. Reliable Anti Sticking and Noise Resistance:
Special formula and surface treatment prevent high temperature sticking, while suppressing friction noise, ensuring thorough separation and quiet operation.

How to ues:
Vehicle Starting: After starting the vehicle, put it into gear and slowly lift the clutch pedal as the clutch plate gradually engages the flywheel.
Shift operation: When the driver depresses the clutch pedal, the clutch plate separates from the flywheel, cutting off the power transmission between the engine and the transmission. At this point it is easy to switch gears from one gear to another.
Emergency Braking: In case of emergency when quick braking is required, depressing the clutch pedal to disengage the clutch plate can cut off the power transmission of the engine, avoiding the engine from being subjected to excessive reaction force due to the sudden stoppage of the wheels, thus protecting the engine and transmission system components.
HILL DRIVING: When starting on a hill, it is necessary to reasonably control the degree of lifting the clutch pedal, so that the clutch plate and the flywheel gradually engage, and at the same time, cooperate with the gas pedal and the brake, in order to provide enough power to overcome the gravity and resistance of the vehicle, and prevent the vehicle from skidding.
